New Prevocational Training Framework

The Australian Medical Council (AMC) has finalised the National Framework for Prevocational (PGY1 and PGY2) Medical Training which is set to be implemented over 2024 and 2025.

This new national framework follows a comprehensive review of all the elements of the current National Framework for Prevocational (PGY1 and PGY2) Medical Training, conducted by AMC in 2019 – 2021.
